To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沒有甚麼,就是不值得這個價錢

今年生日,老婆帶我去呢度慶祝。老實講我地只係平民百姓,去到覺得那裏很高級的，心還是滿有期望。坐下去waiter 確係好有禮貌,先來了一客雜錦刺身，蠻新鮮的,再來了一個雜錦tempura,都也是可以了, 食了一round 就出去看食物, 食物很特別但款式確係奇少(只有10款左右而己), 對於食慣大堆頭buffet的我實在很不習慣。坐在bar枱對面的是一位約2x歲的女子及其男友? 女的手上戴着起碼有2卡的鑽戒, 很厲害。不知怎解, 全場的人好像都不是吃東西的，全都坐着不動,幾乎都不要甚麼刺身的, 搞到我好像很不好意思來個大作戰狂擦一返。結果很慘的只吃了兩輪sashimi同埋tempura 再加一點點的甜品就埋單走了,心裏覺得很不值得啊..........不過生日老婆帶我去呢d地方, 我也覺得內心很滿足了...
