⭕️短評:元祖級的沙嗲火鍋湯底,愈煮愈濃,濃得像熔岩似的。雖油了一點,但香濃好吃就好了。最配搭的,當然是一大碟手切牛(在這裡無理由吃急凍牛吧),脂肪分布雖不雪花,但就像潮州/台南溫體牛般嫩滑,有彈性,連肉汁也是鮮味而不羶的!千萬不要點豉油,以免破壞牛肉和沙嗲的完美組合。炸魚片是難得一見的老派的帶骨那種,皮多粉少,出色。沙嗲濃湯,一定要配大光麵,麵質乾爽掛湯,吸盡精華,正。💵Budget: $300 pp
