To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日差唔多9點就好多日喺門口排隊趁今日早左8點去到可以直入有位坐叫左個早餐沙嗲牛肉+出前一丁,煎雙蛋+熱咖啡煎雙蛋配厚切方包,烘過係脆口既蛋就無乜特別,至少蛋黃仍然係流蛋汁既不過唔敢食晒成個包,因為碗麵都好大,要留返個肚食出前一丁跟埋包麻油,麻油係成個出前一丁既精粹,梗係要加落去啦出前一丁真係唔同啲,浸喺熱湯到咁耐食入口都仲爽口,唔會浸到一pat薄切牛肉都好淋,份量都有成十片湯底都夠味,但我鐘意較傑身既湯底,所以不過不失熱啡就普通茶餐廳既水準,帶點苦味既整體$4x一個餐,性價比都好高
