隨住牛頭角越來越多新商廈, 美食沙漠都多咗好多選擇, 今次一行八人提早訂位, 飲茶食lunch都坐得舒服食得暢快話明飲茶就點少得點心, 叫咗香茜叉燒腸粉、鮮竹牛肉球、流沙奶皇包、蒜香蝦春卷, 全部都中上水平, 反而點心唔少得嘅彩虹蝦餃皇同碧綠燒賣皇就色素為主, 味道係好但唔整色整水賣平幾蚊會開心d廚點就有鹹菜枝竹炆豬肚同海蜇手撕雞, 2樣都唔錯無論係新派定傳統潮州菜, 鹵水併盤都係必叫, 今次叫嘅鹵水鵝四併盤有鵝肉、紅腸、五花腩肉同雞腎, 配埋鹵水蛋同豆腐都幾豐富, 滷水汁味道醇香但少少鹹潮州雙棗 - 呢到雙棗係蝦棗同蟹棗, 夠爽彈, 要雞蛋挑雞頭就係炸得偏乾少少同唔夠鮮味欖菜肉碎四季豆 - 四季豆有挑豆莢筋, 有落足欖菜同肉碎去炒家郷咸肉炒麵線 - 唔會太油或者太鹹潮式糖醋麵 - 原本係上海蘇浙地方傳統麵食, 後期潮州版改做雙面黃, 將蛋麵兩面都煎香, 蘸點陳醋同砂糖食要留意返除咗茶錢, 酸菜都會收錢
