沙田新城市廣場開左新泰式火鍋店,好特別同埋少見,燈飾好靚可以畀人打卡。門口有職員話有一人鍋,我就黎試下慢燉牛板腱清湯鍋。餐廳提供左三種特色醬料:青檸醬、酸辣醬及椒麻鼓油,並講解食法。未上菜前有蝦片零食,脆口不重味。美國雪花牛小排同埋生蝦都好新鮮,肉質美味可口,仲要混和以上三款醬料,十分滋味。泰國船面河粉已經夠飽,而且仲有好多蔬菜,份量充足。泰式芒芒碌碌配有西柚、椰汁和西米,適合我降火。最後不得不提係炭烤豬頸肉,燒得剛好,帶出到燒烤風味,肉質嫩滑,非常好味,大力推薦朋友要試試。
