To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司搬到科學園後, 繼續遍尋園區內美食! 平常很少在科學園晚飯, 是日要加班, 與同事一起到樓下試試我們想試很久的片皮鴨! 6pm 大家還未下班, 我們是第一枱客可以任意揀位坐, 6:30pm開始陸續多人啦, 下次訂位比較好! 粵式片皮鴨半隻 $88 ~ 熱辣辣的鴨件, 皮脆肉嫩鮮味十足, 不會一口油之餘沒有膻味, 鴨皮有少誰肉連著, 口感十足! 香軟的麼麼皮, 包著鴨件, 京蔥絲、青瓜絲及哈密瓜絲, 再加上鴨醬, 一口一滋味! 海鮮組合 $458!! 蒜蓉銀絲蒸蘇格蘭蟶子 ~ 4隻! 大大隻蟶子, 肉很Q彈, 粉絲吸滿鮮味, 很滿足! 薑蔥焗美國桶蠔 ~ 足一桶份量! 以粉漿包裹桶蠔先炸至微微金黃, 再以大量薑蔥爆香, 隻隻肥美又飽滿, 鮮嫩又沒有縮水, 更不會水汪汪的! 清蒸老虎杉斑 ~ 壹條約一斤重! 魚肉很嫩, 肉質細緻甜美! 南瓜西米露 ~ 送的, 熱辣辣, 是南瓜蓉又不太甜, 讚!
