呢度可以話係我嘅打冷食堂,同潮州人黎都讚不絕口,難怪今次平日嚟到都滿座,book左都要等等。滷水鵝片一如以往,好入味軟腍,因為部位唔同今次較紮實,但都好滑。 底下仲墊咗一大塊入味嘅滷水豆腐,如果可以配埋潮式辣椒油就完美喇。油泡南澳鮮魷一直覺得偏貴但好想試,果然無揀錯。 鮮魷非常新鮮厚肉,油泡做法煮得啱啱好僅僅熟,魷魚唔係得個軟字而真係爽彈,加埋蔥同彩椒粒一齊炒好香。沙茶牛肉炒粿條係我每次嚟都必點,沙茶醬調校得非常好,本來係重口味嘅嘢一啲都唔膩。 牛肉嫩滑、芥蘭爽甜,但神奇嘅係食肉獸如我每次都會狂夾炒粿條,炒得香口有鑊氣得黎,仲沾滿左蛋香,我諗男女老少嚟到都會爭住食。
