To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日同男友行完潮特，肚餓諗住響附近醫下肚，就入左去呢間牛腩麵店。因為唔知揀咩好，有選擇困難症既我就決定跟返佢menu推薦，點左崩沙牛腩幼麵+牛腩河，再加通菜+淨魚三寶，一次過試幾款野崩沙牛腩半肥半瘦，筋膜相連，香軟爽滑，牛味極濃，白蘿蔔煮到好淋好入味，幼麵彈牙，鹼水味唔重。男友既牛腩河大碗足料，牛腩口感細緻，食落口唔痴牙，香嫩入味，河粉質素就一般啦，如果牛腩可以加底就好啦魚三寶有魚蛋、魚皮頭、魚皮餃，每樣野都打孖上，岩哂我同男友開心share，魚蛋好似係手打，好彈牙，呢個個底仲有好多生菜，生菜新鮮爽口（值得一讚係d蔥全部分開上）通菜隔離係腐乳醬，可以自己決定點幾多醬汁，好少咁食，覺得都唔錯野飲我地分別要左熱杏霜、柚子蜜食左咁多野，埋單先148，好抵
