To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我旺角行街後，去咗一間好有地道風味嘅港式茶餐廳醫肚。餐廳嘅地點好方便，喺正地鐵站出口隔籬。佢哋嘅價錢都好親民，食物質素都相當唔錯，所以CP值算非常之高。🤩**招牌牛腩魚蛋麵**呢個牛腩炆得好淋，入口即溶，完全唔會韌。牛腩個汁又濃郁，好入味。啲魚蛋彈牙又爽口，咬落去「卜卜卜」聲，勁滿足。今次我就揀咗幼麵，麵條係吸晒啲牛腩汁，非常惹味。😝**崩沙牛腩河粉**呢個河粉同崩沙腩嘅組合，真係經典中的經典！崩沙腩是牛腩中最矜貴嘅地方，表面有一層橫膈膜連著腩肉，筋膜連少少肉，軟腍味香，肥瘦比例啱啱好，果然係餐廳招牌菜。🐮**腐乳通菜****凍菜蜜**通菜非常新鮮翠綠翠綠，腐乳嘅味道好香濃，同通菜嘅清甜互相配合，簡直係絕配！而且，份量都幾多，性價比超高！最後加多一杯凍菜蜜做ending，啱晒佢而家咁乾燥嘅天氣潤一潤。☺️
