To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

泡椒豬手比酸辣粉出色:D

平價午餐一定係食，不過銅鑼灣呢間就唔算平價，我諗除左地段外，佢名聲好都拉高左個價。就算4點幾黎食，餐廳都好多人，有人都開始要排隊!我地叫左個口水雞套餐，有杯野飲。另外單點多個。食物重慶酸辣粉 - 薯粉咬落都煙韌，可惜份量偏少配菜都唔多，味道顯得比較單調。個人鍾意花椒味重，有多少少麻辣香，呢個部分都較失色。口水雞醬料唔錯，有麻辣香，呢個份量足夠，雞肉都嫩滑，不過不失!而最推介的係泡椒豬手，其實佢豬手就唔係話啖啖肉個種，但浸得好入味，麻味齊哂，夠惹味!
