朋友介紹去左間新開泰國菜餐廳,老闆係泰國人,亦是大廚,真係正宗泰國菜。餐廳裝修都幾靚,黑色配搭金色邊枱,感覺高檔時尚。泰式冬陰功:配料多,有大蝦,每口都食到菇同蕃茄仔,湯味道酸酸,加左鮮窄青檸汁,同出面飲開果D唔同,好開胃。泰式素春卷:剛炸起,外皮好脆,裡面有紅蘿蔔絲、芋頭同木耳等配料,口感豐富,好味。泰式蠔仔煎蛋:蠔仔大隻,中間有芽菜,口感濕潤juicy,完全唔覺得熱氣,配埋旁邊泰式甜醬,好好食,值得推介。泰式蝦油蝦炒飯:蝦油用蝦頭製成,炒飯真係比平日食開嘅香,帶鮮味。裡面有提子乾、粟米粒、青豆同洋蔥等配料,飯炒得乾身唔太油,味道甜甜地,幾有層次感,唔錯。洛神花茶:自家製,酸酸地,老公幾鐘意。香茅茶:同樣自家製,除左香茅,仲有斑蘭葉嘅味道,好香,味道甜甜地,幾好飲。
