To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家泰式料理店位在黃竹坑海洋公園附近,店門口會擺放很多綠植,旁邊還設有等位區,讓候位的客人不用一直站著,店裡座位不多,從吧台到四人桌都有,如果人太多還可以併桌,裡面有冷氣,非常喜歡這家的用餐環境。在菜單上主打銷魂主餐,從不辣到三顆星都有提供,若想吃大份量可以選擇滑蛋銷魂超大牛逼飯,還有銷魂小物和飲品等等,個人非常推薦他們的泰國手標奶茶,超級好喝。說到泰國最有名的就是泰式奶茶拉,大家是不是都很好奇為什麼泰式奶茶的顏色這麼特別呢~咿~跟妳說~泰式奶茶之所以是橘紅色的是因為在原料當中含有「食用色素」,食用色素為常見黃色5號,是合法食用色素,所以大家不用太擔心。而一杯泰式奶茶每700毫升約含328大卡,若是加黑糖珍珠(194大卡)、西米露(74大卡)、仙草凍(19大卡),熱量會更驚人喔。
