食泰國野點可以唔去九龍城呢,今次係九龍城就試左有幾間分店咁犀利既小曼谷。裝修主打黃木色,有好warm既感覺。餐具印有佢地個名,而且外形係一隻大象,幾得意。先來一客菜,健康一下先。鐵板果然夠熱辣辣,上台時仲出緊煙。椰菜苗綠油油,但唔係因為多油,係本身菜苗夠新鮮夠靚,爽口。豬頸肉煎得岩岩好,夠香口,有小小脆口感,讚呀。食泰國菜點少得冬蔭公湯,新鮮熱辣,材料又十足,有幾隻大大隻蝦,入口陣陣香茅味,最重要係佢既酸味同辣味岩岩好,唔會好似出面食咁太酸。大大一盤既海鮮,睇見都流口水。海鮮有大頭蝦,青口同蜆。泰皇咖喱汁不太辣帶甜味,好易入口,送飯真係絕配。咖喱汁用左練奶,椰汁和蛋煮成,所以特別香濃,食完又唔會話好濟。賣相雖然冇話整得好靚,但係食落真係無得頂。雖然話係燒既雞肉,但係一d都唔鞋,反而仲滑滑地,相信係新鮮雞先可以做到呢個效來。燒雞既皮脆口,雞肉夠滑真係口感一流。雞肉除左夠滑外,帶有醃料既惹味,真係唔錯。埋單時仲有甜品送,椰汁西米露既椰汁味道香濃,千層糕彈牙外帶點煙韌。呢個好味既甜品為整頓泰國菜劃上完美既句號。
