To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友由加拿大返港,其中一日就帶他來海洋公園。今年海洋公園十分積極想做好餐飲業,早前到過「海龍王餐廳」,竟然有陳國強師傅坐鎮。這次介紹的「爐炭燒」,是海洋公園新開的泰國餐廳,食物質素高,有驚喜。今次主要食甜品,沒有叫主菜。我平日好少食creme brulee,不過朋友就非常鐘意。燉蛋好嫩滑,內裡放有薑粒,又甜又開胃,配搭好特別,適合鍾意食薑的人。另外幾粒朱古力,外觀是朱古力,但內裡是一條間條,幾有趣。
