To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇食過泰國野，行過九龍城呢邊門口隻公仔係咁揮手叫我入去，好自然就入左去喇冬陰鮮蝦雲吞湯冬陰湯底配5粒好大嘅雲吞。湯底好易入口，酸味同辣味都岩岩好，唔會太重口味。冬陰湯配雲吞真係好特別，出奇地襯，雲吞大大隻，每一啖都食倒蝦，而且仲好爽口彈牙泰式炸蝦餅個皮炸得好脆，一啲都唔油膩，食落好爽口豬肉生菜包啲肉炒得幾乾身，豬肉有肥有瘦，口感分明。小曼谷泰式煲仔翅同泰國chinatown嘅真係好似，冇得去泰國唯有黎呢度食啦。望落同碗仔翅好似，但食落個湯底好重雞湯味，加埋面頭嘅蟹肉撈埋黎食，每一啖都食倒鮮味。食泰國野梗係要嗌番枝象啤啦，不過除左象啤仲有好多泰式飲品啦
