To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友放工去完Sogo購物完，順路過來食泰菜，去到唔駛等位真開心。店內裝潢如置身小火車裡，美食放送到小曼谷。價錢經濟，食物有水準。泰式拼盤(小) $156四款小食每款四件，雞棗香口咬落滋味。蝦餅彈牙肉軟好味，魚餅鬆軟香草味，春卷大件餡料飽滿，有椰菜絲甘荀絲爽爽口感。冬蔭功湯 $138一窩分到四碗幾好，有小火熱住湯夠熱夠好味，湯味酸辣飲落醒胃，而且唔會好辣但又好刺激，大頭蝦肉質唔鬆散新鮮彈牙，湯料有秀珍菇夾到絕，如果可以俾多幾片就更滿足啦。豬肉碎生菜包 $928片生菜可包幾轉，肉碎份量多好夠食，酸酸辣辣肉碎夾雜紅蔥頭碎，用手拎住食好有風味。
