其實我哋啱啱去完泰國旅行返嚟,喺嗰邊已經食咗勁多泰菜。就係因為太好味,所以今晚都想再食泰菜。喺酒店附近行,見到旺角豉油街呢度有間水門雞飯,門口有條龍,於是就一於試吓。不過費事等,所以買外賣返酒店食。買咗咁多嘢食,都係$300零蚊到,好抵食!話晒水門雞飯,梗係要嗌佢個signature試吓啦。個雞肉真係皮脆肉嫩,連埋皮食一啲都唔會覺得肥膩。油飯粒粒分明,味道恰到好處,配埋個雞飯醬真係非常惹味!啖啖肉嘅串燒梗係唔少得啦……叫咗呢個串燒拼,有雞肉同豬肉。雞肉同埋豬肉都醃到好入味,帶香茅香,食嘅時候當然要點佢濃滑重花生香嘅沙嗲醬啦!串燒魷魚$45兩大隻。我覺得係超值。佢個魷魚燒到啱啱好,唔會過熟,所以唔會好似擦子膠咁un。食落反而覺得脆口,容易咬斷!所有燒物記得要點佢個醬汁,一絕!泰式炒通菜食泰菜梗係要食炒通菜少少蝦醬嘅香,炒出嚟仍然保持翠綠!而且有啲蒜頭麵豉同辣椒,就更加出味!估唔到呢一間水門雞飯同泰國食嘅都一樣咁好味,掛住泰菜,但冇假期出國嘅話都不妨一試!
