Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上一次去泰國已經係半年前,暫時未有計劃只好留喺香港回味,今晚去銅鑼灣嘅小曼谷泰國美食站食飯,因為呢度夜市風格,好好氣氛,有好多海鮮食,即點即燒,新鮮熱辣,燒得好好手勢。因為燒海鮮需要時間,冬陰功湯先到,原隻虎蝦一共有兩隻,好新鮮喎!肉質好甜,好有彈性,連埋湯汁一齊食,真係好鮮味,個湯熱辣辣用個爐仔烘住,湯係熱飲最好飲,複複雜雜、酸酸甜甜嘅味道,但又唔係太強烈,剛剛好。點咗兩款燒海鮮,燒脆皮白鱔有2串,個皮燒到脆卜卜,肉質有彈性,點少少酸汁食,正呀!鹽燒馬友魚一條,皮係唔食嘅因為好鹹,裏面啲肉就吸收咗鹽味,好肥美好嫩,生熟啱啱好。最後食芒果糯米飯,超值,有泰國水準。
