To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好一段時間無食泰國嘢，今晚又嚟到小曼谷。一場嚟度要點返個久違嘅煲仔翅。今次食個有花膠嘅。份量有3-4 碗，啱晒兩個人食。鍾意佢湯嘅濃稠度剛好。每次嚟都會食吓唔同嘅海鮮，今次試吓蟶子。一份有3隻，大小適中，好部新鮮。食泰國嘢點少得串燒。點咗個串燒併盤B , 共有5 串。當中最好食係腸仔呀，好juicy。雞全翼都唔錯。主食點咗乾炒海鮮米粉。呢個米粉真係食極都唔厭。米粉係乾食，海鮮又新鮮，有蝦，帶子同魷魚。飛天通菜點咗少鹽少咸，味道啱哂我哋淨食餸。今晚仲有live band, 輕鬆愉快的一個晚上。
