To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到九龍城，我當然食泰菜，小曼谷是也！時間還早，未有live band。榴槤沙冰 $45上檯已傳來陣陣的榴槤果香，好誘人。每一口是榴槤沙冰，相當濃郁，還有香滑榴槤肉，好正！香葉辣椒雞肉炒河 $78炒得幾乾身，雞肉滑，份量又多，而且辣度十足，好辣但又想繼續食，太惹味。沙嗲串燒 $16一串都幾經濟豬牛雞各點一串，豬肉juicy多汁、牛肉濃郁肉香、雞肉嫩滑，每款都好味，火候剛好。$228 點了海鮮孖寶有鹽燒虎蝦，3隻都十分大隻，表面有魚仔乾，應該是泰國特色，蝦肉彈牙，鹽燒帶出海鮮鮮味。香燒扇貝，有牛油香味，啖啖肉的扇貝好滿足。小曼谷原隻芒果糯米飯 $78糯米飯是熱騰騰的，質感好軟熟可口，芒果清甜帶花香。
