To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城一帶地區出名多好嘢食，今次我們就來到這裏的泰皇閣試一試泰國美食。這一間餐廳地點很方便，距離地鐵站很近。而且餐廳裝修佈置都有泰式格調，而且座位也坐得很舒服。我們二人點了泰式鹹蟹木瓜絲沙律，黃咖哩雞肉及薄餅和香葉辣椒海鮮河粉。泰式鹹蟹木瓜絲沙律，這一道菜在其他泰式餐廳並不常見，所以我們就點了來試試。生醃的鹹蟹，鹹香味十足，蟹肉也很鮮甜。另外這一份沙律的分量很大，有很多木瓜絲。木瓜絲和其他配菜的調味很配搭，酸酸甜甜的非常開胃值得推介！另一個是黃咖哩雞肉配薄餅。黃咖哩雞肉的椰香味很濃，而且辣度剛剛好很適合本的人口味。當中還有薯仔和很多雞肉，雞肉新鮮嫩滑多汁，非常的好吃。而且還可以配搭餐廳的薄餅，點著咖哩汁進食，非常惹味！最後是香葉辣椒海鮮河粉。香葉的味道很出，而且這個河粉中有很多海鮮，有新鮮大蝦和青口。而且這個河粉炒得很有鑊氣，調味也很足夠！總括而言，這間餐廳的菜色都很有泰國風味，而且正宗，價錢也合理可以去試一試！
