To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城朋友生日,相約在其附近共聚。既然來到九龍城,當然是食泰國菜。朋友建議下午時分用膳,可以避開晚市高峰期,又可以慢慢嘆,吹几耐水都得。選擇了屋企附近的小曼谷。九龍城有很多內街,自己總是分不出各個街名。就按著網站地圖,來到餐廳了。面對著大馬路的餐廳,果然很容易找到。下午茶時段,客人不多,於梳化位就座後,要看看有什麼好吃的。在泰國餐廳,要點泰國咖喱。另外再加2個飯,應該很足夠吧!   泰皇咖喱炒海鮮   一大盤的咖喱,中間放滿了不同的材料。點算後,青口X3, 蜆X3, 大蝦X2, 魷魚,洋蔥及青椒大量。泰皇咖喱整體不太辣,没有蓋過海鮮原有的鮮味。咖喱內裡夾雜著淺色的東西,是否蛋花? 這就是泰皇咖喱的意思嗎? 大蝦背部已開邊,方便剝殼,輕易地拆出完整的蝦肉了。還有魷魚,大量的洋蔥及青椒,都是很健康呢!    泰式原味烤酥餅  用來沾上泰皇咖喱,一流。但偏身的烤酥餅,較難沾上更多咖喱。如果選用法包就更好了。法包中間多氣孔,又乾身,可以吸收更多泰皇咖喱。一滴也不浪費。   小曼谷炒飯 蛋包飯,內有豬頸肉,蝦,札肉,蟹柳。這個炒飯不辣。  小曼谷原隻芒果糯米飯來到泰國餐廳,總要來一份芒果糯米飯才

來到泰國餐廳,總要來一份芒果糯米飯才算完滿。 
可是芒果糯米飯,來到香港就會有點變化,加了紫糯米。
泰國當地全是白色糯米,白色椰汁,黃色芒果。
原本白白黃的配搭。現在是紫白黃了。
芒果及糯米都是甜甜。如果糯米稍為改善軟硬度就更完美,更接近泰國的風味了。
(糯米保持全粒狀態,煙韌QQ有咬口,而非煮到失去輪廓的腍身糯米)
