To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚又到九龍城搵食,順道約同事食餞行飯,九龍城超多泰國菜,今次便找到這間泰皇閣,聽個名覺得好勁。餐牌都好華麗,不知菜色又是否同樣的華麗?吃泰國菜,怎能不吃生蝦刺身?你見便知是即叫即製,非一般大餐廳因時間關係已預先製作。所以蝦好新鮮,好彈牙,配合送上的辣汁,十分惹味,但真心有點辣。這柚子沙律非常清甜,柚子和蝦配上泰式酸汁,沒有半點辣味,淡淡的酸汁顯得柚子和蝦更甜,真是停不下來。泰國菜另一必食,當然是串燒沙爹,今次很特別,有雞,好有𡁻口;另外燒雞串超滑,必食之選,不知豬牛是否也同樣美味?要下次一試。試了許多冬陰公湯,這湯又有著她的特色,酸甜辣味配合得宜,非常出色。鮮蝦十分脆甜,最好是已除掉了殼,進食很方便。不過餐廳最出色的是泰式海南雞飯,雞味濃郁,肉質嫩滑,點上少許泰式酸辣汁,更顯風味。另外一定要點那雞黃飯,超香超好味,平日不吃飯的我,也刻意搯了一口吃。是次晚餐非常滿足,也只消費了五百大元,超低吃。
