To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從多年前去過呢間泰菜餐廳後, 就一直回味呢間嘅泰菜美食。今日再同朋友重返, 雖然menu已經改咗, 但水準亦唔太差。餐廳座位雖算不上闊落, 不過服務幾友善 。食物款式選擇多, 除了散點, 仲有少量套餐選擇。【冬蔭公湯】HK$148冬蔭公可以自選小辣同大辣, 以小火鍋興住, 入面有大大隻虎蝦同埋泰式香料, 湯底熱辣辣, 集合甜酸辣, 味道濃郁。【泰式炸蝦餅】HK$98蝦餅炸得金黃香脆, 口感彈牙, 食到蝦嘅鮮甜味, 點少少泰式醬食, 味道更提升。【泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉】HK$108金邊粉很有香氣, 濕炒甜中帶微酸, 配有有三粒爽口蝦球、蛋花、肉碎等, 食落帶點層次。
