To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳裝潢挺精美的,完全不像屋村商場內的食肆。本來是想清清地食碗越南湯河的,但餐牌上實在太多吸引的菜色而且價錢相宜,最後也是失守點了好幾道菜。泰式燒野菌茄子 - 試食價$28確實抵食,落單時要求走芝士,只配燒汁的野菌也已經夠味,也焗得挺食。鹽燒烏頭 - 魚肉保持到滑嫩,不怕燒得過熟,略嫌調味不均,鹽分集中在魚側,中間則太淡。蒜米炒芥蘭 - 芥蘭很新鮮脆綠,蒜蓉炒得香口,但吃到最後有點油。金不換牛肉炒金邊粉 - 份量不少,配料除了牛肉碎還有扎肉和臘腸,加入了臘腸的padthai有驚喜👍🏻肉骨慢煮燉湯 - 藥材味香濃,湯料有蟲草花和瘦肉等,不過不失。
