同朋友約左見面,佢話一齊試下烤活魚又可以打邊爐,所以揀左有口福,因為係旺角火車站搭十五分鐘小巴就到,好方便。黃色招牌好易認~七點半入到去已經見到差唔多坐滿,所以建議提前訂枱,另外仲見到一枱日本客。湯底有好多選擇啊,有雞煲、有胡椒豬肚雞、當然仲有烤活魚,每種都可以選擇唔同嘅辣度同埋香料。因為未食過烤活魚,所以揀咗諸葛烤活魚,有四種調味可以揀,香辣、酸辣、麻辣同醬香,另外可以唔辣、大、中、小辣,今次揀左香辣既小辣。另外,餐廳仲有唔同既小炒、涼菜,揀左兩個涼菜:涼拌海蜇絲同麻辣牛肉。火鍋配料都有好多種。第一樣就上左烤活魚先,店員提我地煮十分鐘先食,可以入味啲。個鍋大過A4紙,半條鯇魚已經長過個鍋。裏面有好多大豆芽、豆腐干條、洋蔥同芫荽。小辣辣度剛好,一般人都食得到,香辣味既賣點係有濃濃既孜然味,即係北方羊肉串常用既香料。呢個味道我好鍾意。魚事先炸過,皮仲係脆,煮左一陣就已經好入味。麻辣牛肉好香口,薄薄一片好入味,又有青瓜去平衡番辣味。本身好鍾意食海蜇,呢個涼拌海蜇超級好食,非常香芝麻味,海蜇又夠爽、又夠脆,青瓜又入味。特級肥牛,有牛肉味、無筋,朋友好鍾意食。炸魚皮本身好脆,又夠味,加上香辣湯
