To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁星期日, 同公公婆婆一齊去流浮山行下買魚乾蝦乾. 行完都6點, 大家都肚餓, 見到新開左1間任食韓燒”韓泰太窯雞”, 仲有原隻流浮山窯燒雞, 公公婆婆都話想試下. 環境好好, 有室內/室外位, 當日全場滿座, 我地被安排室內位置. 如果坐室外, 涼涼地應該都好舒服. 見到好多客人帶埋狗仔嚟, 佢地可以係草地行下打下卡, 一樣咁開心.任點任食韓式原味 / 泰式 / BBQ 味嘅豬 + 牛 + 雞類 + 海鮮 + 鍚紙焗類 (eg 金銀蒜焗白蜆), 仲有小食 + 飲品 (eg 玻璃樽裝可樂雪碧芬達) 任食任飲, 大人小朋友都食到夠.特別要介紹下太窯雞, 即叫即燒, 一定要試!! 皮係超級脆, 全隻金黃色, 再加上特製香草檸檬醬汁, 用手撕開食好有風味又好juicy, 大愛!! 除左肉類, 仲有其他配菜, eg 翠肉瓜 / 香菇 / 燒菠蘿 / 雞髀菇等等, 咁就唔怕只係有肉食咁單調.
