To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

龍如酒家係朋友介紹，山長水遠嚟到流浮山緊係食海鮮。撇除海鮮嘅質素，其實海鮮新鮮就間間都好食，最主要係食佢哋師傅煮嘢食火喉同調味。1）豉椒炒蜆唔記得係蜆定花甲，炒得好野味。乾淨無沙。2）龍如脆腩唔記得咗係咪呢個名不過朋友點名話要試佢哋嘅魚腩，我本身麻麻食魚，但係佢整得好香口，連骨都可以食埋。3）薑蔥花蟹整體嚟講佢啲海鮮都好新鮮，唔係水蟹，啲肉都好實淨。4）清蒸陳皮鮑魚唔係南非鮑，肉質都軟熟同滑。5）椒鹽瀨尿蝦佢地加左大量洋蔥，又幾好食，調味又唔會過咸。6）腐乳炒通菜，正常一個炒菜。本身想點埋佢地豆腐滾湯，不過佢哋當日話豆腐變壞咗所以無緣佢地滾湯。其實豆腐好容易係出面臨急買到，但係佢地都寧願唔做，相信佢哋對品質都抱有要求。

唔記得係蜆定花甲，炒得好野味。乾淨無沙。

2）龍如脆腩
