To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近韓流又興起,唔知同流行首爾有冇關,應該點都有一點,但開飯影響大一點,見到一食家為首爾寫食評,看似好吸引,就來一試,店子不算大,入內大約10張4人坐位,店員同自己人溝通,都是說韓語,但會廣東話,應該正宗韓菜,先找好座位,餐具在櫃中店員送上前菜,有芽菜,泡菜,少辣,拌飯最好點餐加12元有韓國李汁餐就點了泡菜雞肉飯,同加左泡菜餅,餐有海苔湯送好豐富海苔,好足料,湯也夠味雞肉飯用料有泡菜,韓式辣醬,泡菜,韓國米,都幾大碟,微辣,韓國醬味濃,但雞肉不太食得出,泡菜唔錯,成碟飯,醬功勞最大泡菜餅,是用米醬同泡菜混合煎成,加入了一些尤魚,附醬汁,我自己覺得唔加醬汁會好食點,泡菜味突出,唔辣 尤魚味也有點,少少脆口,3片,一個人都食得晒
