Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾晚帶媽子去呢度食半自助晚餐，呢度環境好靚，位於47樓頂層，180度俯瞰將軍澳景色，而且仲有室外位置可以出去chill下影下相📸 室內都佈滿天花吊飾，就好似星夜下咁，燈光昏暗柔和，整體感覺好浪漫!.呢度既半自助晚餐就有自助沙律吧、餐湯、自選主菜、自助甜品、咖啡或茶，仲有一杯葡萄汽酒/紅/白餐酒! 我就拎左吞拿魚沙律同大蝦芒果沙律，仲有唔同既沙律菜同配料可以自製沙律、煙三文魚同Parma Ham配哈蜜瓜咁，都幾多選擇，味道好清新好開胃! .是晚餐湯係椰菜花湯，味道好香，質感好幼滑! 店員仲俾左餐包拼盤我地一齊食用👍🏻 而主菜方面，我同媽子當然一人一份主菜啦，我地揀左：.🥩燴牛小排配松露薯蓉、扒澳洲西蘭花、砵酒汁燴牛小排好厚，肉質燴得好軟腍，配醬汁好惹味! 而旁伴既松露薯蓉，松露味好香好突出，很不錯.🐟香煎盲鰽配紫薯薯蓉、炒波菜苗、本菇、龍蝦汁盲鰽魚好鮮味，煎得剛剛好，將魚肉點龍蝦汁即刻增添左口感! 而魚皮煎得好香脆，入口甘香有嚼勁! 紫薯薯蓉幾特別，唔多餐廳有，天然既紫薯味好濃郁! .來到我最喜愛的甜品環節😋 有蛋糕、鮮果撻、馬卡龍同水果等，我就拎哂全部款一齊同媽子分享🤣 最特別係朱古

來到我最喜愛的甜品環節😋 有蛋糕、鮮果撻、馬卡龍同水果等，我就拎哂全部款一齊同媽子分享🤣 最特別係朱古力慕絲甜品整成雪條造型，好趣緻! 芒果酥皮拿玻侖好好食，好香，encore左🤣 而裝載馬卡龍既盤子上有著各各式各樣的馬卡龍，好色彩繽紛! 餐酒方面叫左白酒，好清香，另外餐飲就分別叫左凍泡沫咖啡同熱檸水，為呢晚豐富既晚餐作結🥰
