來到U izakaya居酒屋，已經不是第一次來了，然而每次來都感覺係一間好浪漫嘅居酒屋，無論坐於露台上，又或者坐於室內，都有一種令人舒泰的感覺！可能就係這間居酒屋的特色！餐廳亦都好窩心地，為每日每位客人準備一些簡單的開胃菜！餐牌上的雞尾酒只有四款，我和朋友都各點了一杯雞尾酒！用來襯托這居酒屋的氣氛更加感覺溫馨！我們選的生蠔，來自西班牙、加拿大和美國，食落新鮮creamy，有濃烈的海水味和帶有少少的金屬味！由淡至濃味的食法，讓人有一種回味無窮的感覺！隨著而來的銀雪魚白子天婦羅，是季節限定！炸得外脆內軟多汁香滑，處理得剛剛好！點上醬油食起來特別濃郁！至於肉眼牛扒，五成熟處，理得剛剛恰到好處，梅納反應令肉面微脆，肉質淋滑，再加上濃濃的牛肉味！令人有齒頰留香的感覺！每次來這餐廳，都會令我有一種身心舒暢嘅感覺！
