燭光晚餐,就一定同最愛既人一齊去,咁當然係同我最愛既既甜心女友BB去食啦,不過,以往我都係打佢去赤柱海徬附近既西餐廳度食過,情人節同生日,同去過一次尖沙咀The One上面的一間;不過我BB話帶我去食燭光晚餐,我當然唔會拒絕啦~~~! 舖頭位於金馬倫道龍記大廈樓上,初頭唔留意都可能會Miss左...上到樓上,店員開門歡迎我們到來似的,然後給我們帶位。店員首先送上麵飽,並有兩種醬,一種是西蘭花醬,另一種是焦糖蘋果。西蘭花醬是蓉狀的,味道清香,而焦糖蘋果是切粒的,味道清甜,我和女友都很愛吃呢~!剩著醬的器皿就似是一個煲,好得意~!之後有Iberico ham,伊比利亞火腿,伊比利亞豬係西班牙黑毛豬,而佢地既食糧大部份係食橡果和穀物,所以入口時不只是有火腿的咸香味,而且有少許橡果,今次食到呢一隻伊比利亞火腿,係經過60個月風乾醃製,味道濃郁,上碟時,就好像一度扇似的,排列得好有心思!還有杏仁、杏桃和白芝麻,可以混在一起食,更令火腿肉味更突出!好啦,主菜來了,女友佢叫了Pan Fried Scallop with Lemon Potato Puree & Pesto,係輕煎帶子配檸檬薯蓉伴香
