To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吞拿魚他他呢個前菜好特別，同平時嘅吞拿魚他他唔同，佢係類似細雪糕筒咁，包住經過調味嘅吞拿魚粒粒，食落去之後兩者融入非常好，如果大家嗌套餐嘅話，推介可以試吓！是日餐湯：跟住就到個黑松露湯，黑松露味唔算好濃郁，反而更多嘅係淡淡嘅香味，整體上嘅味道不過不失。成個餐湯最令人驚喜在於佢上邊嘅麵包粒，個麵包粒雖然一直浸喺個湯入邊，但咬落去依然脆脆口，而且吸晒湯汁，好味😋豬斧頭扒配焦糖蘋果平時就食得多牛扒，今次嘗試一下呢個豬斧頭。塊扒厚實得嚟，一啲都唔韌，肉質柔嫩，脂肪嘅比例都啱啱好，佢仲有醬汁同埋鹽做配搭，口感更上一層，配合配菜可以解膩，建議可以兩個人share食。香煎大蝦薑黃意大利飯個Risotto嘅味道唔會太鹹太淡，而且個飯粒粒分明食落去口感好，大蝦亦好新鮮！是日甜品個Brownie撈埋個雪糕一齊食，雪糕凍冰冰嘅口感中和咗Brownie好甜嘅感覺，食落去啱啱好，而且仲有淡淡嘅開心果香味，作為一餐飯嘅結尾剛剛好！

是日餐湯：
跟住就到個黑松露湯，黑松露味唔算好濃郁，反而更多嘅係淡淡嘅香味，整體上嘅味道不過不失。成個餐湯最令人驚喜在於佢上邊嘅麵包粒，個麵包粒雖然一直浸喺個湯入邊，但咬落去依然脆脆口，而且吸晒湯汁，好味😋

豬斧頭扒配焦糖蘋果
