熱食方面,分別係白子昆布醬油燒同炸白蝦丸配京都青椒仔😝今次無意中試咗新嘢🤫🫢記得一坐低嘅時候,師傅有問有冇咩唔食,我同朋友都話冇~食完事後先認識到白子🫣🤣

壽司方面,包括赤矢柄、甘目鯛、九州關鯖、北海道甘海老、青森帆立貝、福岡槍油魚、中拖羅、蛇腹大拖羅、赤身同北海道海膽😚個人最愛特別有印象嘅係槍油魚,連埋紫蘇葉食,師傳亦細心切開一條條,話方便咀嚼🥸蛇腹大拖羅就係我嘅number 1😍本身已經好鍾意食拖羅,蛇腹係好fat fat嘅大拖羅,師傅今次加鹽,希望減低返油份,提升魚香😌又幾唔錯🤩甜品就係紅豆水漾糕😋

總括嚟講,呢餐omakase真係大滿足、非常幸福
