To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日lunch同幾個同事出去海光街買外賣，其中一位同事話呢間好出名食海南雞，就一齊買左外賣番公司～——————呢間野食飯時間會擺部點餐機喺門口，所以我哋喺部機度揀咗食咩就可以即刻用八達通比錢，都幾方便👍🏻 外賣包裝都做得幾貼心，湯底、麵體都會分開幾個碗裝～🍜海南雞喇沙(米粉)+杞子雞湯 $68🍜 (7/10)我就嗌咗個海南雞喇沙，麵底揀咗米粉，然後加$6轉嘢飲做杞子雞湯。喇沙湯底屬於濃味，唔算好辣、有啲沙嗲味，不過對我黎講就唔夠酸，水準普通。不過啲海南雞就有驚喜，分量比得唔少之餘，雞肉肉質好嫩滑、唔會太肥，外賣仲裝晒海南雞嘅醬可以點住食，都算出色😆～仲有就係個雞湯，飲落去都感覺到好足料，有少少藥材味，雞味都好濃郁，真係估唔到，幾抵👍🏻———————😋味道：7/10🤵🏻服務：7/10💰抵食：6.5/10⏳等候時間：10分鐘
