To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友text我話請食飯，返緊工好眼瞓都即刻醒一醒，精神為之一振。原來佢啱啱有一筆橫財，所以就一齊高興下，不過佢話最好就下佢，去佢office附近食。咁有人請食飯就去邊度都無所謂啦。問佢公司附近有咩好介紹，佢話有間餐廳佢平時會去食午飯，食東南亞菜式。入去見到店舖的3D壁畫，以新加坡地標作主題，有心思，環境舒適。點了海南雞飯，好友點了海鮮喇沙，加上一份沙爹串燒。海南雞已經去骨，肉嫩皮滑。重點係有3種醬料，黑豉油丶辣椒醬及薑蓉，黑豉油撈飯一流。海鮮喇沙望落賣相對辦，好友都話係佢其中一個必食之選，有機會下次我會試試~~
