今日禁岩朋友放假,想搵個坐得舒服嘅地方吹下水,食個lunch,所以就揀左銀座啦。之前都黎過幾次嘅,有食過lunch,又有食過dinner。其實質素就差唔多,不過價錢就差好遠,dinner 1000-1500蚊位埋單,lunch起碼平一半,抵食好多。和風裝修,一入門口比人嘅感覺係中高級日本菜,似係去左日本食懷石料理,而且枱同枱之間距離遠,私隱度十足。朋友揀左坐窗口位,可以睇到維港海景,所以無坐鐵板燒位,唔能夠睇住師傅一邊煮一邊食。鐵板燒位有兩間房,可以望住師傅表演,都係鐵板燒嘅特色,不過房就完全無景,睇唔到海。我地揀左黑豚同埋日本和牛西冷 share 前菜有蓮藕片、蟹肉沙律、蒸蛋。蓮藕片爽脆,蒸蛋滑嘟嘟。蟹肉沙律酸酸地,好開胃,蟹肉結實有蟹鮮味,好想食完再食呀。銀鱈魚火喉岩岩好,岩岩熟保持到肉汁,又唔會一夾散晒。兩面金黃,賣相一流,配埋點海鮮嘅醬汁,好味。蝦頭好細心剝左殼方便食,又夠大隻,已經切開左幾舊,但我覺得無咩蝦嘅鮮味,而且有啲過老,太乾身。和牛西冷5成熟,目測出黎有7成熟,油脂豐富,食落口啖啖牛香味爆出黎,肉質好淋,配埋旁邊嘅竹炭鹽,吊吊味又唔會搶左牛肉味道。豚肉之前算過好正架,

蓮藕片爽脆,蒸蛋滑嘟嘟。蟹肉沙律酸酸地,好開胃,蟹肉結實有蟹鮮味,好想食完再食呀。

豚肉之前算過好正架,但今次有啲失望,太熟啦,攪到好「柴」,而且太瘦,唔夠油脂,食落唔夠香口,不過個汁ok嘅,係麻醬。

甜品有提子哈密瓜,好香甜。麻薯,太甜。紫薯布甸好味,香滑有奶香有紫薯香,又唔會太甜。

之前黎過幾次覺得服務好好,上菜前都會介紹下啲菜,今次個待應讀得好快,聽唔得清楚講咩,覺得若有所失。疫市85折,其實都唔平,食物質素之前好啲,不過而家都唔係差嘅,只係呢個價錢會有更高期望。環境一流,無論餐廳裝修定係海景都一絕 ,同朋友坐下傾下計,都幾舒服。
