去慶祝生日,諗住食好d,2個人食左1700蚊lunch 但價全完全唔值!首先食物質素不如預期!800多元的日本和牛 出黎的咁只是一pat肥膏 同入口即溶完全兩回事!要求更換的時候,個服務員仲問我:「你想換咩?係咁㗎喎」個上年紀的服務員態度極差!冇諗過一間高級餐廳嘅服務員係咁嘅款! 同時餐廳亦都無隔板,同場有2枱客人隔枱大聲講嘢,d口水飛來飛去,極唔衛生。海景亦只有小部分,性價比極低,當時沒有參考其他食評,現在極度後悔。 continue reading

預訂了三點半的鐵板燒, set lunch晚餐任君選擇。 生日飯, 食豪啲晚餐鐵板燒。 因疫情關係, 鮑魚欠奉, 很多海鮮也沒有入貨。 也是可以理解的。餐廳環境不錯, 舒適。魚生尚算可以, 師傅刀功比食材更優勢。鐵板燒不錯, 但以晚飯格價來說, 只可說是中規中矩。 鐵板燒師傅廚藝不俗,但欠缺那份熱誠, 低頭齋煮。 當問及要餐巾時, 相信是管理層的人仕答覆:" set lunch是沒有的, 晚餐先有。 " 頓時對餐廳扣分, 以高級餐廳來說,給予一條餐巾也要以客人點餐來衡量。 再者, 連我的order也沒有了解就斷定我是叫set lunch, 給人白鴿眼的感覺。 曾經叱吒一時的香港鐵板燒料理先驅, 已經今非昔比。 continue reading

以往老公生日都係海外過,今年冇得去旅行,惟有留港食好啲。成日食日本野,但老公未食過日本鐵板燒,生日決定豪一豪!黎K11 Musea食哩間銀座,係因為唔過海少高級鐵板燒選擇,另外睇中有海景view,book枱有講明海景位。7:15左右黎到,在場有一枱,可惜鐵板2人餐已經話賣晒(真的嗎?),然後叫左2個一人鐵板燒餐,另外加池魚刺身同燒鰻魚。池魚刺身唔錯,比較爽口!燒鰻魚乾身薄薄的,口感一流!鐵板燒餐包前菜,鵝肝、鮑魚、和牛薄切、銀鱈魚、炒飯同甜品,鐵板燒中規中矩,唔夠熱;甜品甜而不膩,反而不錯👍最後冇影海景相,因為double window係關埋既☹️ continue reading

今日禁岩朋友放假,想搵個坐得舒服嘅地方吹下水,食個lunch,所以就揀左銀座啦。之前都黎過幾次嘅,有食過lunch,又有食過dinner。其實質素就差唔多,不過價錢就差好遠,dinner 1000-1500蚊位埋單,lunch起碼平一半,抵食好多。和風裝修,一入門口比人嘅感覺係中高級日本菜,似係去左日本食懷石料理,而且枱同枱之間距離遠,私隱度十足。朋友揀左坐窗口位,可以睇到維港海景,所以無坐鐵板燒位,唔能夠睇住師傅一邊煮一邊食。鐵板燒位有兩間房,可以望住師傅表演,都係鐵板燒嘅特色,不過房就完全無景,睇唔到海。我地揀左黑豚同埋日本和牛西冷 share 前菜有蓮藕片、蟹肉沙律、蒸蛋。蓮藕片爽脆,蒸蛋滑嘟嘟。蟹肉沙律酸酸地,好開胃,蟹肉結實有蟹鮮味,好想食完再食呀。銀鱈魚火喉岩岩好,岩岩熟保持到肉汁,又唔會一夾散晒。兩面金黃,賣相一流,配埋點海鮮嘅醬汁,好味。蝦頭好細心剝左殼方便食,又夠大隻,已經切開左幾舊,但我覺得無咩蝦嘅鮮味,而且有啲過老,太乾身。和牛西冷5成熟,目測出黎有7成熟,油脂豐富,食落口啖啖牛香味爆出黎,肉質好淋,配埋旁邊嘅竹炭鹽,吊吊味又唔會搶左牛肉味道。豚肉之前算過好正架,但今次有啲失望,太熟啦,攪到好「柴」,而且太瘦,唔夠油脂,食落唔夠香口,不過個汁ok嘅,係麻醬。漬物、麵豉湯同炒飯炒飯有啲濕,做唔到粒粒分明,而且好淡口,好單調。炒雜菜,其實係炒芽菜,夠爽口,後尾我拎左黎配炒飯,無禁「寡」。甜品有提子哈密瓜,好香甜。麻薯,太甜。紫薯布甸好味,香滑有奶香有紫薯香,又唔會太甜。之前黎過幾次覺得服務好好,上菜前都會介紹下啲菜,今次個待應讀得好快,聽唔得清楚講咩,覺得若有所失。疫市85折,其實都唔平,食物質素之前好啲,不過而家都唔係差嘅,只係呢個價錢會有更高期望。環境一流,無論餐廳裝修定係海景都一絕 ,同朋友坐下傾下計,都幾舒服。 continue reading

啱啱琴晚喺WA Theatre Restaurant食完一頓不太滿足嘅日本晚餐,今日喺K11 Musea,唔覺意嚟咗呢度試吓佢嘅午市套餐,一連寫咗兩個日本餐review。因為Walk in所以張枱要限時交還,反正都係諗住輕食快閃,所以都冇問題。餐廳環境簡約舒適,坐喺窗邊有無敵海景,藍天碧海令人心曠神怡。兩個人都唔係太肚餓,見套餐都好似好豐富,只係點左一個$750澳洲和牛薄燒鐵板餐share,但係話晒有兩個人,所以喺a la carte 揀多幾款小吃,再加多一細支sake,咁就好睇啲。食物方面,無論質素味道和份量,都有返咁上下水準,個套餐兩個人食勉強都幾夠。澳洲和牛雖然話係薄切,但係薄得來又有啲厚感,唔會薄到風都吹得起嗰隻。大蝦好靚,好有蝦味,蝦頭都𡁻埋。銀雪魚煎得剛好。天婦羅炸得唔錯,分量十足。雖然燒銀杏都幾貴,要成$200,不過份量OK,又熱又香,粒粒都好容易拉出嚟。炒飯炒得粒粒乾身香噴噴,不過就有啲奇怪,炒飯嚟先過和牛鐵板,係唯一嘅美中不足。埋單有八五折優惠,再用埋K Dollar,都幾開心。服務方面亦都冇乜問題,經理Paul好細心,好attentive。下次返嚟,會spend多啲時間,正正經經食返一餐完美嘅日本菜。😍 continue reading
