之前bookmark咗依間位於K11 Musea嘅日法餐廳,終於都過嚟試到餐廳裝修好fancy,至於最正當然就係佢個景,可以飽覽成個維港嘅海景book位嘅時候可以request坐window seat ,而且佢仲有outdoor area/ balcony,可以坐喺出面飲杯嘢吹吓海風同chill吓!今次過嚟試咗佢個seasonal fine dine menu: Amuse Bouche - New Onion同池魚,個凍洋蔥湯幾好飲,本身唔係幾鍾意洋蔥,但係日本洋蔥真係世一,特別甜杯底放咗少少海膽,面層就有啲洋蔥脆片,撈埋一齊飲有口感而且清甜,至於池魚撻配上少少嘅牛油果同青瓜,食落都幾RefreshingStarter - Squid, White Asparagus, Yuzu 日本魷魚幾新鮮,配上白蘆筍、魚子醬同柚子,都refreshing2nd Starter - Foie Gras, Miso, Coconut 呢個組合好小有,煎鵝肝配上麵豉醬同椰子foam,都幾得意同出奇地夾,不過個鵝肝可以煎得脆身少少3rd Course - Scallop, Field Mustard,

Amuse Bouche - New Onion同池魚,個凍洋蔥湯幾好飲,本身唔係幾鍾意洋蔥,但係日本洋蔥真係世一,特別甜

Main Course - Pigeon 同 A4 Wagyu 個人覺得A4 Wagyu比較優秀,食落油脂豐富而且牛味重,至於乳鴿肉質都粉嫩同嫩滑,不過始終乳鴿係一樣好難烹調嘅菜式,可以講佢係中上但未去到最好食

First dessert - Melon, Mint, Rasberry 呢幾款材料加埋一齊食落好清新,melon好爽甜,同都當清一清個味蕾
Main dessert - Lemon, Yomogi, Korean sesame leaves 蛋白餅襯咗檸檬味道中和得幾好,而紫蘇葉雪糕味道就幾特別,都ok!
到最尾仲有Petit four同飲埋杯咖啡,而且整體職員服務態度好好,滿足😋
