To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去海洋公園唔係玩,而係食呢間Ginger Grill。夜晚去到樂園閘口,無左密麻麻既人群,欣賞寧靜清幽既環境,別有一番風味。步行去餐廳期間重睇到海洋館新激光show既rehearsal,先睹為快😎第一道菜係北海道帶子配柚子沙律雞肉串燒,帶子很新鮮,底面都烤得香脆,鎖住帶子內裡既鮮味。袖子沙律開胃爽口,雞肉串燒配埋沙爹汁好惹味,得1串點夠呀😆湯我揀左炭燒大蝦酸辣湯,大頭蝦多肉有膏,酸辣湯堅辣架,食唔到辣既朋友要預早叫少辣。主菜食炭燒西冷,睇相就知好食啦。5成熟,外脆肉質仍是鮮紅幼嫩,非常可口😋最後甜品係法式焦糖燉蛋。重點係個份量,竟然有成盤😱 鍾意食甜品既朋友大飽口福啦😋
