-滕椒蔥油蟶子皇
作為前菜真係十分驚喜,由外觀到味道上真係震驚。一上菜有一道仙氣慢慢散開,再聞到好香滕椒油嘅味道👅感覺會好辣 不過食起上嚟係完全唔辣,只是重好香嘅滕椒味。蟶子皇好大隻,肉質厚而嫩滑,食到我好驚嘆🫢


-20年古越龍山花雕鮮鮑魚·梅子蕃茄·海蜇銀花
鮑魚肉質鮮嫩,口感滑潤,咀嚼時感受到鮮甜海味。花雕酒香氣獨特,帶點甜味,提升了整道菜層次感。


-綿綿川貝杏汁花膠螺頭燉蜜瓜湯
首先有嚿綿綿 係由帶子加蛋白打成一球,質感很綿密,微微帶子香味。
湯色水燉到奶白色,杏汁為湯品帶來果香,提升風味。花膠厚而滑嫩,富有彈性,吸收晒湯汁精華。 蜜瓜的清甜,增添了清新感,令整體口味更加平衡。
一直都唔食杏汁嘅我,今日甘拜下風飲晒成碗湯🙂‍↕️


-脆皮海參 麒麟魚
輕輕香炸的海參配上鮑魚汁,海參炸過後唔會好乾。
魚肉以立磷燒方式去烹調,魚肉的麟被滾油炸得十分香脆,估唔到麟片都可以食得🤣 魚肉質嫩又多汁,咬下去感受到肉鮮香。
這道菜真係色香味俱全,再配濃郁鮑魚汁,簡直食到我好興奮😹


-珍寶珠
以桂圓紅棗製成雪葩,底層係紅棗糖水桃膠。
味道好清新,有作清一清味蕾,再去品嚐下道美食。


-太子玉枕
香煎帶子 配 蟹皇醬豆腐,豆腐外滑嫩,內柔軟,係極佳嘅口感。蟹皇醬香濃,仲食到絲絲蟹肉。調味適中,不會過咸都不失蟹肉鮮味,完美提升豆腐的風味。
菜色上嘅黑醋珠仲中和蟹皇嘅油膩感👍🏻


-茅台鮮蠔屈雞煲
鮮蠔新鮮肥美,雞件香煎得好香口,仲好吸汁,加埋茅台酒,更提升雞鮮味。


-甘栗珍菌炆飯
白飯煮得剛好,粒粒分明,吸收了甘栗🌰同珍菌的鮮味。整體味道鮮美,甘栗的甜味為炆飯添了種獨特風味。


-萬壽薑茶鴛鴦湯圓
萬壽薑香氣濃郁,辛辣又不過於刺激,食落十分暖心。湯圓外皮Q彈,餡料香甜(芝麻同斑斕?)整體好啱依加冬天食,好暖心又滋潤
