唔知有冇人同我一樣咁鍾意食海膽,每次去日本都會把握食海膽嘅機會🤩 可惜喺香港搵好食嘅海膽真係唔容易。最近就比我發現銅鑼灣新開嘅海膽主題餐廳❣️𝗨 𝗜𝘇𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗮❣️,可以試盡多款創意海膽日式料理,仲提供唔同款式嘅海膽,令我食海膽嘅體驗昇華🌟 今日菜色🤎✨竹炭麵包配海膽醬✨活生蠔刺身:西班牙銀堡✨原條日本活白象拔刺身 ✨油甘魚薄切刺身✨立鱗燒配海膽汁✨海膽炸豆腐✨海膽魚子醬帶子意粉✨火炙帶子海膽手卷✨黑蒜椰菜仔✨馬賽魚湯✨白蜆湯✨海膽雪糕𝗕𝘂𝗯𝘂推介🔥 👍 海膽炸豆腐擺盤靚又精緻嘅菜式🫶 炸豆腐上分別放上嚟自北海道嘅紫海膽同白海膽。豆腐炸粉非常薄又好酥脆,入面豆腐非常嫩滑,估唔到同海膽咁夾。我自己就鍾意紫海膽多啲,比較濃味,加上豆腐嫩滑嘅口感,海膽嘅味道一直係口入面徘徊。👍 立鱗燒配海膽汁立鱗燒一般係日本嘅高級餐廳先會食到,而香港更加係非常罕見。做法非常繁複,需要用熱油反覆咁淋係魚鱗之上,令佢豎起。食落外皮非常香脆,肉質嫩滑。配上餐廳自家調配嘅海膽汁,同埋以份子料理方式製作嘅海膽汁粒粒,濃郁海膽味令魚嘅鮮味更突出✨

擺盤靚又精緻嘅菜式🫶 炸豆腐上分別放上嚟自北海道嘅紫海膽同白海膽。豆腐炸粉非常薄又好酥脆,入面豆腐非常嫩滑,估唔到同海膽咁夾。我自己就鍾意紫海膽多啲,比較濃味,加上豆腐嫩滑嘅口感,海膽嘅味道一直係口入面徘徊。
