海膽雪糕沒有原隻海膽, 但當中卻有海膽味, 味道同前菜的海膽醬有少許相似, 完全無遺和感, 個人覺得非常特別同創新, 值得一試。而柚子雪芭柚子味超濃郁, 有清新感覺, 微酸作結尾相當滿足
