不少人喜歡下班後與朋友到居酒屋把酒談歡,清酒與串燒的配搭無可取代,但韓式居酒屋卻是令人耳目一新。GYOJASANG位於銅鑼灣Fashion Walk,別具格調之餘更設有酒吧及室外座位,菜式方面當然都別出新意。辣漬前菜 ($85) 韓式炒魚乾、辣魷魚絲及泡菜三款皆酸辣平衡,韓國料理中必不可缺。軟殼蟹 ($85)軟殼蟹炸得酥脆多汁並充滿鹹鮮味,配上日式壽喜燒汁及蛋黃香甜豐潤。韓式生牛肉 ($195) 生牛肉肉質鮮美毫無腥味,拌入生蛋黃更加嫩滑,伴碟分別有雪梨、泡菜、松子、乾蔥、青瓜及蒜頭,六種配搭各有千秋,另外更可配上紫菜天婦羅,鬆脆鹹香令生牛肉生色不少。韓牛胸肉 ($660)廚師會即席於食客面前烹調,牛肉與脂肪比例均勻,故此肉味與油香俱全,軟嫩而又不失質感,最後更會加入泡菜炒飯,將所餘油脂香氣一網打盡。海膽紫菜包飯 ($355) 紫菜包飯當中包住青瓜、紅蘿蔔、蛋絲等材料,比較清淡更能突顯海膽鮮甜,再加上生牛肉及魚子醬奢華矜貴,雖然味道依然由海膽獨霸一方,但整體而言的確口感豐富。八爪魚牛肋骨(Regular) ($245)牛肋骨熬煮至輕易骨肉分離,但仍然保留適當口感不至過分軟爛,而八爪魚肉
