餐廳會定時提供生🦪 時令生蠔,我地揀左唔同煮法,兩種食法都幾得意,唔算伏,鍾意試新野嘅可以試下

🌟🌟必點!!最抵讚意粉嘅包法一睇就知好考廚師技巧,咁樣亦可以令熱力保存!材料方面啲海膽同魚子完全唔吝嗇😍做到啖啖都食到海膽+魚子,再淋上海膽汁😳,超正!!!

10. 柚子雪芭+海膽雪糕配米餅
海膽雪糕第一次食🤩極推薦!! 真係啖啖海膽味,估唔到海膽做甜品都咁吸引

唔想再食海膽嘅就試下日本雪糕,又係時令嘅,不過呢個同街外嘅袖子雪糕唔同,會有啲柚子皮係到👍🏻
