大家講開食海鮮,齊齊諗到香港鯉魚門,海鮮出名又多又新鮮,朋友介紹《威龍》,呢度地方都幾大,有唔少獨立房間,自己人可以暢懷大吃大喝,不設最低消費,今日好好彩,安排咗嘅房間可以睇到日落海景。餐前小吃有酸薑、蕎頭及皮蛋,皮蛋記得加少少砂糖,特別美味,仲有爽脆辣味青瓜醒醒胃。白灼海鮮蝦~好新鮮,好薄殼,蝦肉鮮甜,沾少少辣椒芫荽蔥甜豉油更覺鮮味。鼓椒蟶子配煎米粉底~蟶子新鮮爽口彈牙,炒嘅時間啱啱好,好少食到煎米粉底,索曬啲豉汁好惹味。鹽燒鮑魚~鹽燒味道唔會太鹹,鮑魚大大隻,熟嘅程度剛剛好,咬落爽口好鮮味。酥炸生蠔~雖然炸漿比較厚,酥炸就係要品嚐埋炸漿外皮嘅香脆,非常可口,生蠔好大隻,每人有兩件。油鹽焗奄仔蟹~嘩嘩嘩!每隻蟹都充滿蟹肉蟹膏,十分充實,整隻奄仔蟹油爆後再用油鹽薑蔥焗,夠曬入味,不得了!蟹膏濃香味道超正!絲絲蟹肉嫩滑無比!奄仔蟹就係蟹蓋內多一層肉,要趁啱季節食,啲蟹就更加肥美。風沙豆腐~即係避風塘炒法,配合大量炸蒜,呢個加咗豆豉更加香口,特別濃味,豆腐熱辣辣好滑。生炒排骨~味道調教得唔錯,排骨肉比較肥。麵醬唐生菜~生菜爽淋,麵醬汁甜甜地,加入薑絲,唔錯。招牌炒飯~廚師要記一功,炒飯粒粒
