船渦近幾年「獨食」既文化都愈黎愈流行,呢間主打一人既蒸氣火鍋就真係唔錯!前邊左右都有簾隔住,完全唔覺會尷尬!今次兩個人一齊去,叫左兩個set:-九品芝麻官($218)-前菜:#刺身(#帶子、甜蝦、帆立貝)-海鮮:白蜆、蝦、鮑魚、鮮魚片、大蜆-肉類:豚肉-三寶丸:牛丸、墨魚丸、貢丸-蔬菜拼盤-甜品-烏冬/米線/粥(選一)八府巡按($388)基本前菜、肉類蔬菜都大同小異,肉類會upgrade d ,海鮮就差得遠,呢個餐有半邊龍蝦,元貝同蟹食!每個人都有個小蒸籠用,蒸哂啲餸就會滴晒啲精華落下面嘅湯,之後可以加入粥/烏冬/米線食!開頭睇menu諗住會唔會食唔飽,因為佢唔係放題,冇得refill 牛個啲,但我錯了,係會飽到癲。啲海鮮係超新鮮,餐廳有魚缸養緊啲龍蝦海鮮,所以就咁蒸熟都好好食,如果放落水淥就會浪費哂!枱面有指示教你蒸幾耐,店員都好有耐性教我地點整,所以食物質素都好新鮮,即使係墨魚丸都真係好爽口好彈牙。唯一少少可惜係啲蜆吐唔哂啲沙,其他真係冇得彈!最尾放埋個米線入個湯,清甜得黎唔會唔夠味,如果唔係食太飽,我都想食哂佢!打邊爐都唔一定要成班朋友食,一個人呢個價位可以食到咁好既海鮮,其實都
