Restaurant: Poke Go (大南街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係疫情前成日係美國食類似西式魚生飯Peek A Bowl, 呢家搭唔到飛機, 於是上網搵到呢家又想試吓。我嗌左個808 ($108): 有吞拿魚、壽司飯、沙律菜、和式青蔥、枝仁豆、三文魚籽、雜菌香菇、山葵乳酪醬、芝麻、木魚絲。一上菜超多三文魚籽,咬落去bok bok聲,超治癒。再撈埋其他食材一齊食,真係好多層次感,而且吞拿魚每粒都係角切,亦好新鮮!但未必個個朋友都岩食,因為佢有別於正宗嘅日式魚生飯,因為加左啲沙律菜,同埋沙律醬,外國人普遍都中意咁食,所以間餐廳落嘅材料要形合返外國人嘅口味,而我就覺得好好食!完全係美國食到嘅味道同回憶呀!之後嗌左個黃金蟹柳($68): 呢個炸得好香脆!而且隔離個醬汁係山葵乳酪醬,將岩岩炸好嘅蟹柳點落去啲醬汁到,可以輕輕中和一下熱氣!而且入面啲蟹柳都啖啖肉,唔係普通打邊爐個啲急凍蟹柳~總括然而,完全係拍得住係外國食個種風味,size亦都好大,食材都好新鮮
