To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

石硤尾邨呢頭呢係比較出名嘅餐廳就應該係呢間賓墟啦，咁佢出名食啲咩呢？聽講就係呢個漢堡包，今日呢除咗呢個沙爹牛肉早餐之外，呢就叫做呢個漢堡包嚟食。甘賣關仔講嗰個裝修先，咁都算少少特別嘅譬如一個黑板咁嘅裝修啦，咁啲餐枱呢亦都有少少detail，叫係一個有啲主題嘅茶餐廳咁啦。咁類似最傳統茶記或者係大家樂咁樣嘅方法，佢就買咗飛跟住先入座嘅，水都自己攞嘅，叫做保留咗啲舊茶記傳統。沙爹牛呀唔係太特別，講番個包啦咁個洋蔥味幾重嘅，但係我覺得唔係非常之咁好食，佢又想做到類似時新嗰種感覺，但係我覺得時新就好少少，不過呢頭無呢類型嘅餐廳呢大家都可以試試。
