To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鋪滿係叉燒面的的黃金汁其實係咸蛋黃汁
估唔到叉燒幾得意,佢仲做到有少少肥膏的感覺,唔會嚡褶褶~
蕃茄炒滑蛋 ,蛋炒得好滑
叉燒飯係超大碗,不論叉燒,炒蛋同飯都超多,我係食唔哂D飯,飽到收工都仲飽緊

整個飯既味道唔會太濃,如果平時食開濃味野,可以叫餐廳加甜豉油架~

焗烤牛油果墨西哥薄餅配香脆薯角 & 紅菜頭蘋果藜麥沙律

份量也是超多的,薄餅竟然有3塊咁多,塊塊都手掌咁大架,而且焗得很香脆
餡料好豐富,而且很健康,非常有特色又美味的一個菜式

餐飲也是以健康為主,有蘋果蘆薈茶,生薑茶等等 (不用加錢的)
我地今日就揀左鹹柑橘蜜和韓風蘆薈柚子蜜
這裏的熱飲真的很熱很燙,建議要食到中段就好叫定放涼呀~

很多人覺得食素無肉食,好似唔夠飽咁,但我覺得這裏的素菜真的可以非常飽~
而且菜式也很特別,清新健康,很適合想keep fit 或食得清淡的朋友~

這裏雖然是樓上鋪,但也有不少客人,大家都熟門熟路了 
晚上來,最好先訂座呀~
